Xu Liu: Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Liu Xu is an internationally recognized expert in energy conservation and environmental technologies with nearly 30 years of experience in green energy efficiency and waste heat recovery. He has completed over 200 major projects across multiple industries, achieving numerous “firsts” and driving large-scale adoption of waste heat recovery and key industrial technologies. His work has saved millions of tons of standard coal and reduced carbon emissions by millions of tons. As the founder and CEO of EcoRoc, he now applies his expertise to pioneering Virdura™-based roofing and cladding solutions, positioning EcoRoc to lead the global green building revolution.

Xinpeng Du: Co-Founder and Head of International Affairs

Dr. Xinpeng Du, Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University and former Postdoctoral Researcher at UCF’s College of Optics and Photonics, is a co-founder and key driver of EcoRoc’s international strategy. An expert in ultrafast lasers and advanced materials with publications in Nature and multiple patents, he leads global supply chain development, U.S. product testing and regulatory compliance, and strategic factory site selection. Bridging research and industry, Dr. Du brings deep expertise in laser processing, materials design, and industrial automation. His global vision and scientific rigor strengthen EcoRoc’s innovation, international credibility, and long-term growth in sustainable building materials.

Ms. Shan Liu is EcoRoc’s Director of Business Outreach and Integrated Coordination, responsible for managing external relations, cross-departmental communication, and operational support. She develops strong partnerships with government agencies, industry associations, and business partners, creating opportunities for collaboration and growth. Internally, she oversees coordination across technical, commercial, and administrative teams to ensure projects run smoothly and align with company objectives. She also provides vital operational support for strategic initiatives, including documentation, reporting, and project follow-up. Serving as a key liaison with stakeholders, Ms. Liu’s organizational expertise and communication skills enhance EcoRoc’s efficiency, credibility, and capacity to build trusted partnerships.

Shan Liu: Director of Business Outreach and Integrated Coordination

Ruifeng Liu: Head of Production and Construction Management

Mr. Ruifeng Liu, Head of Production and Construction Management at EcoRoc, brings over 30 years of frontline construction and electrical systems experience. A graduate of Zaozhuang University of Science and Technology, he has served nearly two decades at Shandong Aikete Energy-Saving and Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. as a senior technical and management expert. Since January 2025, he has led EcoRoc’s tile molding machine development and production line standardization, ensuring stability, efficiency, and quality in large-scale manufacturing. With proven leadership and deep expertise, Mr. Liu provides a solid foundation for EcoRoc’s production excellence and its transition toward next-generation green building materials.

Mr. Fan Yang has nearly five years of experience in architectural planning and construction drawing design, gained through work with several well-known enterprises, including Shandong Wenfu Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Sichuan Zhouyu Architectural Design Co., Ltd. (Jinan Branch), and the Second Branch of the Design Institute of China State Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau. At EcoRoc, he is responsible for the design of roof tile and cladding systems, as well as the formulation and optimization of construction standards. By ensuring compliance with building codes while balancing aesthetic appeal and engineering feasibility, Mr. Yang strengthens EcoRoc’s innovation, regulatory compliance, and market adaptability.

Fan Yang: Architectural Designer / Head of Tile & Cladding Design and Construction Standards

Jinhong Jia: Head of Supply Chain and Procurement Management, China Division

Ms. Jinhong Jia has over 25 years of professional experience in quality management and supply chain management. She previously served as Quality Management Department Supervisor at Shandong Linuo Solar Thermal Technology Co., Ltd., where she oversaw production quality control and developed management systems, gaining deep expertise in industrial quality assurance. Since 2018, she has managed finance and procurement at Shandong Aikete, leading supplier management, purchasing, and cost control. In 2025, she became EcoRoc’s Head of Supply Chain in China, responsible for procurement and supply chain development for roofing tiles. Her expertise ensures efficient resource integration, cost-effective operations, and reliable product delivery.
